We were taken into hospital A&E with our 10yr son. We were so scared but Mr Mathur explained everything that was happening and what they were doing. He checked on our son and us constantly and was so kind. I felt very safe when I got there while he was looking after us.

Very positive experience, always available and helped us solve the problem our daughter had while also taking good time to answer all our questions. Hopefully we will never be in urgency of a paediatrician again, but if need be we will be looking for Dr Mathur.

My son first saw Ramnik Mathur with gastro issues when he was about 4 months old. We had seen another consultant and were unhappy with the care she provided. Our first appointment with Dr Mathur was a turning point. My son was under his care for another year or so. I left every appointment feeling reassured. When my son was 3, he had his first epileptic seizure. I bumped into Dr Mathur on his morning rounds the next day, and he took over the case. It was wonderful to know that we had a doctor who genuinely cared about patients and their families. He's a pleasure to deal with. He doesn't condescend parents, but also calms us down when we are panicking. He knows how to put kids at ease. He is willing to go the extra mile. I have nothing but good to say about him.

My four year old has had recurring swollen lymph nodes. Dr. Mathur was fantastic with him and with me. He listened and asked questions and then did a thorough check and explained to me what he was doing. He took blood and was excellent with my son, talking to him directly. At the end he came back when he saw my son a bit weepy waiting for the ultrasound and brought him a box of chocolates! No more tears! He followed up with me on the phone two days later with the results. I was very impressed with his professionalism and care and will definitely bring my son to him again without hesitation.
